silliness all the way around

This is what Gypsy does almost every night when we put the kids in the bathtub. She loves to get in the tub after we let the water out and drink the bath water. I promise we give her fresh water everyday. She is a silly cat.

To go with our silly cat we have this silly guy. He likes for us to "fix" his hair some nights when he gets out of the bathtub. I just want to eat him up!!!!

Chili's night or not

We tried to eat at Chili's tonight to support St. Jude, but the wait was really long. We decided to order it to go. We waited outside with the kids and they had a great time running and playing while we waited. At least we still got to support St. Jude.

dotMOM 2012

I was so glad, blessed, happy, excited, etc. to spend the weekend with these wonderful ladies. I am not even sure where to start.  I learned so much last year and think I learned even more this year. It is so refreshing and encouraging to go and spend time with other mom's who are in the same place. I can't even put into words all the things I learned. Thanks for a great weekend ladies.

ready for A.Z. Kelley

I got Hunter an A.Z. Kelley t-shirt. He is so excited. He asked if he could come to A.Z. Kelley now. I hope he will still be this excited in two years when he really does come to school with Sissy and I.

pretend 1st day of school

Last night we planned out Hannah's project and she wanted to do the first day of first grade as her fourth event. Dad started looking for the pictures and guess what? He could not find them. I was a little sad, but decided I would just take pictures at school that we could use. So, this is Hannah's first day of school pictures.

a first for both kid

Hunter was so excited to spend the night with Cooper tonight. Hannah has auditions for the Christmas choir program in the morning and I need to drop consignment off. The Bussell's were kind enough to let Hunter come spend the night. I hope he will do well. He has never spent the night somewhere without Hannah. We shall see.

Hannah learned to blow a bubble. She says she is ready for field day now. We are so proud of her.

cookie dough

Hannah wanted Dad to find the cookie dough packet in the fridge. She is so excited to start selling. She has to sell 18 boxes to go on the limo ride.

a good trip home

Hunter took a good nap on the way home. He is so cute!
Hannah watched movies and Dad got her a slushy when we stopped for gas. She is pretty cute too.
Hunter did not want to miss out on the slushy and snacks.

a day visiting family

Today we went to church and Papa, Nana, and Great Papa. After church we picked up some lunch and went to eat at Great Papa's house. He has a new puppy. Hannah and Hunter thought she was great. Her name is Little Lady and she is really cute.

After church, lunch and a little visiting we went to Mike and Nene's to change clothes and visit a minute before heading to MeMe and Pop Pop's.

I am not sure why I did not take any pictures while we were here. This is the only one I took. I should have taken pictures of the kids with MeMe and Pop Pop, the chickens, goat and Hunter's picture with Rocky. I will try to do better next time. MeMe cooked us a great dinner and we had a great time visiting. Our time in SC always goes by too fast.

Farm Days

We decided to come to SC for Labor Day, which meant we were here for Farm Days. Papa, Nana, Mike, MeMe and Pop Pop were all able to come to Farm Days. Hunter loved seeing all the tractors. He was a little disappointed that he did not get to ride a tractor. They both enjoyed putting corn through the corn sheller. They also watched the blacksmith for a while. It was too hot to take lots of pictures, but we had a great time. We went to see Aunt Carol, Uncle Roy and Angie then Papa Charlie. We had some lunch and then headed back to Mike and Nene's to rest for a little while. We had dinner with Mike, Nene and Aunt Lori then some ice cream. It was a fun day, spent with lots of family
