We decided to convert Hunter's bed today. He was so excited. We will see how it goes. Wish us luck?!

Happy 16th Birthday Luke

I can't believe that Luke is 16 years old. I am glad only his parents are getting old and not me. Hunter loved hanging out the big kids, especially the girls. Hannah loved hanging out with Jacqulin and playing on the ipad. Both kids liked "driving" Uncle Bert's bus. I love that we get to be a part of the Sumner's life. Happy Birthday Luke!

 They love to eat outside at the "picpic" table. They would eat every meal outside if they could.

 They love to go visit the Tidwell's. Hannah went this morning and Mrs. Tidwell gave her these beautiful flowers to put on the porch.

 They really do love each other. I thought they looked too cute in their shirts they got at the beach. Derrick and I love them so much.

Zoo, Lunch & Playhouse

 Hannah, Hunter & Aniyah were excited to see the monkey playing as soon as we got to the zoo.

Home Sweet Home

The kids spent last week in SC. They stayed with Mike and Nene but got to see all of the grandparents and great-grandparents. They had a wonderful time and I do not think we were missed too much. Thanks Mike and Nene for taking and bringing them home. I missed them a lot more than I thought I would, but Derrick and I enjoyed our kid free week.  I was very happy to be able to check on them at night before I went to bed.

Happy Anniversary to Us

Derrick and I celebrated our 9th anniversary today. We spent the whole day together working on projects around the house. We had a yummy dinner at Battered and Fried and then Blizzards for dessert. I am looking forward to celebrating many more anniversaries with him.

Sweet Hannah playing at the restaurant. We finally told the kids that they were going to spend the week with Mike and Nene. They were so excited. I hope they will have a good week with all of the grandparents. I hope Derrick and I get a lot accomplished at home while they are gone. I also hope I do not miss them too much. I have never left them both for a week at the same time. I am sure we will all be fine.
