Skippy

Some of you have heard us talk about Skippy and going to Skippy time, so I thought it was be nice if you had a picture to go with the name. Derrick and I help lead preschool worship on Sunday mornings. Derrick is Skippy, I tell the bible story and Emily leads the music. It is really a fun time. Today I was flying solo. Derrick had to work and Emily was out of town. When Derrick is not there we have to have a fill in for Skippy. The kids LOVE Skippy. He helps give a clue about what our story will be about. Today we learned that prayer is talking and listening to God and about Jesus teaching is disciples how to pray. Skippy was rocking the ear buds to stress the listening part. He is a really cute little squirrel.
