to the zoo or not

We had planned on going to the zoo this morning, but when we woke up it was a little rainy looking. About the time we were all ready it thundered and Hannah decided that we should go another day. We had a really busy week, so staying home was a good plan. We were able to spend some quality time with the kids individually this morning. Derrick spent the afternoon with them while I went to book club and shopping. He did add something else to the playhouse....a fun purple bird. Hannah loves it. She said she needed her picture made in her house again.
