Hunter was very into the Bug Zone theme song. Mrs. Tara did a great job teaching the music.
Hannah did great learning the motion as well.
Mrs. Krista taught the Bible story about Joshua. The kids acted out the story and did great. They were good listeners. Miss Gabby lead the kids in fun rec games. They were pretending to be bugs and moving like the bug she called out.
Hannah was being a caterpillar.
The next game were caterpillar races. The kids were in groups of four and had to stay connected while they ran. The second round Hunter and Todd needed a little encouragement and Mr. Jeremy and Mr. Cody were willing to be on their team. The run was you had to stay connected and that they did. The kids made one big caterpillar and Hunter had a hard time keeping up. He was funny holding Harrison's shirt by just pinching it.
Hunter was very excited that Blake came. They were not very interested in having their picture made. This was the best I could do.
Snack time!!!!
Everyone enjoyed snack time and we were glad we were able to eat outside.
Just because he is cute!
Hunter and Blake showing off their bug catchers we made. All the big kids were busy trying to catch bugs to put in theirs. Mrs. Sharon looked up and said, "WOW! look at the rainbow." How neat for God to send us a beautiful rainbow to end our first night of BYKC.
