We all went to VBS this week. Hannah and Hunter went to their classes, Derrick helped in older crafts and I taught younger missions. It was a good week. A little long and tiring but good.
Hunter was great all week until Friday. They said he was a little fussy, but still not bad. His teachers wrote sweet notes about him each day on his report. They also made this cute card for him.
Hannah had a great week. The funniest thing she said all week was that Mrs. Amie's mom was the missionary mama. She told the story each day about the missionary so Hannah named her the "Missionary Mama." I asked Hannah what a missionary is and she said, "Someone who tells people about Jesus." She said the favorite thing she made was the fish picture. She told me you hand to push your finger or thumb in the ink and push it down on the paper. (The picture she is talking about is the blue one in the picture of all the things she made.) She also liked the songs they sang this week.
Derrick and I had a great week too. I think that next year I am going to do younger crafts with Sharon and Derrick said he would help us.

VBS is the greatest place to learn about Jesus during your summer vacation. It is always so much fun because they eat and play games and do crafts also. It looks like you did all of these things and very well. I'm glad to know that Jesus already lives in your heart, just like He does in MeMe's. Isn't it wonderful that God decided to make all the animals for us to enjoy and be able to pet and go see at the zoo. I love you, Hannah and Hunter, very, very much!
